If it’s time to envision the next 3, 5 or 10 years of your organization, we provide complex reviews of your work and capacity, strategic planning facilitation and straightforward operations plans to put your goals to work.
Organizations with annual budgets under $250,000 can ask about our discounted rates.
Board Trainings and Facilitation
$1,000-$5,000
Our board members are our organizations’ greatest champions — which we love! That often means they’re our best volunteers, when we need them to be organizational leaders and financial stewards. Our workshops and trainings cover first timers and your veteran volunteers on the basics of being a kickass board member (the legal stuff, must-dos and nice-to-haves) and fundraising like a pro. Trainings we offer: New Leader 101, Board Service Refresh, Creating Pathways to Leadership, and Fundraising For People Who Don’t Like Talking About Money. We can facilitate your retreat, too.
